Big props to Larissa our new Roaster. She has been learning the art of roasting for the last two months with her astonishingly acute senses. While Larissa is by no means “done” with her learning of the roasting craft (learning never stops) she is ready to go solo. So give her a high five or hipster nod (whatever is comfortable for you) because well, she’s doing awesome and deserves some props. Right on Larissa!
