Olympia Coffee Roasting Company is proud to take part in this historic journey. Our fairly traded, organic coffee is cultivated with natural gardening techniques such as composting, and terracing. Grown entirely without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, and they are almost always "shade grown" to help preserve vanishing wildlife habitat and discourage land erosion.
